For the first time, Georgia Tech President G.P. Peterson and his wife travel throughout the state of Georgia and meet with important stakeholders and alumni. The Reck joins the tour, along with the driver and Reck Club president.

The Reck makes another long trip from home, this time traveling 1416 miles to El Paso for the Sun Bowl versus Utah. Unfortunately, the Utes edged out the Yellow Jackets 30-27.

2014 Orange Bowl
December 31, 2014 (Miami, FL)
After a surprisingly dominant season and ACC championship game appearance, the Yellow Jackets make it back to the Orange Bowl. This time, they thrash Mississippi State and leave Miami with a 49-34 victory. As per tradition, the Reck leads the team out onto the field at Sun Life Stadium before the game.

2017 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game
September 4th, 2017 (Atlanta, GA)
On Labor Day, the Reck leads the Yellow Jacket football team out on to the field at Mercedes-Benz Stadium before it faces the Tennessee Volunteers to cap off one of the most-anticipated opening weekends in college football history. Unfortunately, the Jackets fall 42-41 in 2OT.
